The most common reasons for the limitations on your account could be related to the following topics:
- Expired verification (please check if you have a valid national identity card or passport registered on the platform);
- Information that is not updated for your account (in this case, we will send a request for information):
- Proof of residence request;
- Other pending questions or requests from our side (please check your email, especially your SPAM section).
