Why can’t I log in to my Mintos account?

If you’re having trouble accessing your Mintos account, this guide will help you understand the most common causes and how to fix them. In most cases, login problems can be resolved quickly by following these steps.

1. Check Your Email and Password

Before anything else, make sure:

  • You’re using the correct email address registered with your Mintos account.

  • Your password is typed correctly (watch for typos, spaces, and the Caps Lock key).

  • If you recently changed your password, try the new one.

2. Check Your Security Settings

Login attempts may fail due to security features:

  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) issues

  • Incorrect or expired 2FA codes

  • Account temporarily locked after multiple failed attempts

If you’re not receiving your 2FA code:

  • Check your email spam/junk folder

  • Make sure your authenticator app shows the correct, updated code

If your account is locked, wait a few minutes before trying again or request a password reset.

3. Browser and Device Issues

Some login problems are caused by your browser or device. Try:

  • Refreshing the page or restarting the app

  • Clearing your browser cache and cookies

  • Try the Mintos mobile app

If the CAPTCHA still fails, contact support with details (device, browser, screenshot).

5. Platform or Network Outages

Rarely, login issues are caused by:

  • Temporary Mintos system maintenance

  • Broader service outages

  • Internet connectivity issues

Check your connection and try again after a few minutes.
