If you have legally changed your first name and/or your last name, please inform Mintos about the change, so that we can update this information for you. We will be happy to assist you. Before you request a name change, make sure that you have the official document issued by your government confirming the name change, as well as your new identity document. The document issued by the government should contain both the previous name/surname and the current name/surname. Once you are ready to change your name, please follow these steps:
- Upload the document confirming your name change.
- Contact us requesting your name to be changed.
After your name has been updated in your Mintos account, you will be asked to verify your identity with your new identity document. Learn more about identity verification.
