Core Loans and legacy portfolios are fully automated and have predetermined investment criteria. These criteria are not editable, so we recommend reading them carefully before investing. Below is detailed information about each portfolio.
Core Loans
Your Core Loans portfolio (previously known as the Mintos Core and Diversified strategy) is designed for diversification. It fully diversifies your investment across all current loans that meet the following criteria:
Mintos Risk Score: from 10.0 to 3.5
Buyback obligation: only loans with a buyback obligation
Notes selection: Notes related to all Lending Companies that match the strategy rules
Max. late loan exposure: the portfolio will invest only in Sets of Notes that have less than 20% exposure to late loans
Max. pending days: it will not invest in a Set of Notes if any of the underlying loans are more than 10 days overdue
Max. Notes under one Prospectus: exposure to Notes under a single Prospectus is capped at 15% of the portfolio
The algorithm prioritizes diversification and returns. To give you the best diversification for additional protection and stable returns, your investment criteria automatically adjust to market conditions.
Conservative (legacy)
Your Conservative portfolio (legacy) focuses on risk reduction and invests only in more conservative loan segments:
Mintos Risk Score: from 10.0 to 6.5
Buyback obligation: only loans with a buyback obligation
Notes selection: Notes related to Lending Companies whose overall portfolio is at least 80% current and has less than 3% pending payments
Max. late loan exposure: the strategy will invest only in Sets of Notes that have less than 20% exposure to late loans
Max. pending days: it will not invest in a Set of Notes if any of the underlying loans are more than 10 days overdue
Max. Notes under one Prospectus: exposure to Notes under a single Prospectus is capped at 15% of the portfolio
The algorithm prioritizes reducing risk while still aiming for stable returns. To provide better diversification and protection, your strategy is rebalanced every day.
High-yield (legacy)
Your High-yield portfolio (legacy) is designed to prioritize returns by focusing on the higher interest rate opportunities that still fall within defined risk parameters:
Mintos Risk Score: from 10.0 to 3.5
Buyback obligation: only loans with a buyback obligation
Notes selection: Notes with the top 60% interest rates on the platform that meet the strategy rules
Max. late loan exposure: the strategy will invest only in Sets of Notes that have less than 20% exposure to late loans
Max. pending days: it will not invest in a Set of Notes if any of the underlying loans are more than 10 days overdue
Max. Notes under one Prospectus: exposure to Notes under a single Prospectus is capped at 15% of the portfolio
