If you want to create an account for a company, simply click on Create account on our website or in the Mintos application and follow these easy steps:
- Choose your account type – company (business). Please note that each company can only have one Mintos account.
- Fill in your company information, provide an email address where we can contact you, and select your country of residence. If you cannot find it in the dropdown menu, this means we do not operate in your country of residence, and you cannot create an account with us.
- Select a password.
- You’ve created an account! Before you start investing, you’ll need to confirm your email address, verify your identity, answer some questions about yourself, and take the Suitability and Appropriateness assessment.

To get your account set up properly, keep in mind that the company's representatives will need to validate their identity using Veriff, our external service provider for identity validation.
Depending on the situation, you may be asked to clarify the company’s tax identification country and the tax identification number of the beneficial owners.
Based on company structure, we may ask for certain additional supporting documents. It’s important to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
The following activities are not allowed as economic activity for the companies: MSB (Money Service Business), PSP (Payment Service provider), weapons, defense, military equipment, atomic energy, mining, precious metals and precious stones (including jewelry), charities, adult entertainment, non-governmental organizations, virtual currencies, embassies/consulates, currency conversion companies, pawnshop, high-value goods (e.g., yachts, exclusive machines, etc.), online sale of alcohol, tobacco products and medicines, marketing of dietary supplements, auctions.
