If you want to liquidate your investments before they reach maturity, you can list them for sale on the Secondary Market:
- Visit your Loans page
- Click on the Current Investments section
- Click on Sell next to the investment you want to list for sale or Sell All to list all investments from the selected page for sale
- Enter the amount of your investment you want to sell and click on the wallet icon
- Click Continue
- Choose the price of your sale (you can sell at par, or add a discount or a premium) and click on Confirm
- The principal amount of your investment will be credited to your account as soon as another investor buys your investment

A fee of 0.85% is applied to every sale on the Secondary Market. You can only sell investments that have a positive yield-to-maturity ratio, meaning that they will generate a profit for the buyer. Due to this, some investments, such as investments in late car loans from some lending companies, cannot be sold without a discount. If you try to list multiple investments for sale and receive a Something went wrong error, try to list them for sale in smaller batches or one by one to isolate the cause of the issue as mentioned above. To stop selling an investment that you’ve listed for sale on the Secondary Market
- Visit the Current Investment section located on the Loan page
- Select the investment in the list of your current investments
- Click on the arrow icon Remove from sale in the far right corner
Investments in loans from lending companies that have been suspended from the Secondary Market or are defaulted cannot be traded on the Secondary Market. From 1 July 2022, the Secondary Market is only available for investments in Notes. Learn more
