Mintos services are currently paused for investors from France. This means that regardless of their citizenship, residents of France can’t create a new account on Mintos, unless they reside in another country that’s eligible on Mintos.
The decision about eligibility of investors from France on Mintos will be revisited as soon as we start passporting Mintos services across Europe, something we’re intending to do during this year.
French citizens residing in one of the countries eligible on Mintos can create an account and invest. To do so, they will need to provide one of the following documents as proof of residence:
a) valid residence permit (both sides if applicable)
or (less than 3 months old)
b) current utility bill (such as gas, electricity, or phone bill) or an invoice for rent
c) current car or home insurance policy
d) document issued by a government department, mortgage statement, or equivalent document
The document must include your full name and current address of residence outside France. Please note that a bank statement does not qualify as a proof of residence document.
If you wish to be notified once residents of France can create new accounts again, you can join our waiting list.
