How to exchange
- Log in to your Mintos account
- Select the Eleving Group 2028 bond notification
- Read the Exchange Notice in full
- Choose "Exchange"
- Submit your choice before 12 October 23:59 EET
Late submissions will not be accepted. Once submitted, your choice is final.
What your choice confirms
By choosing to exchange, you agree to exchange your current bond for the new 2032 bond on the terms set out in the Exchange Notice, including the 1:1 exchange ratio and the possibility of a reduced allocation. The exchange is subject to the availability of the new bond allocated by Eleving Group.
Mintos can't advise you on whether to exchange. Consider your own investment goals and the risks of investing in bonds, including the risk that the issuer can't meet its obligations.
