If you hold an Eleving Group bond ISIN DE000A3LL7M4 (13% p.a., maturing 31 October 2028), you can now exchange your current holding for a new Eleving Group bond ISIN XS3517354141 (9% p.a., maturing 15 October 2032).
You can choose to exchange your investment into the new bond. Bonds that are not exchanged are expected to be redeemed early at 101% of their face value on or around 2 November 2026, subject to the conditions set out in Eleving Group's early redemption notice.
