Eleving Group has invited holders of its 2028 bond to exchange it early for a new 2032 bond, in line with the terms set out in the Exchange Notice here.
What changes
Unlike a straight continuation of your investment, this exchange extends your maturity from 31 October 2028 to 15 October 2032 and changes the interest rate to 9% p.a.
