You have the right to ask Mintos to erase all personal data about you. However, the right to erasure, also known as the right to be forgotten, is not an absolute right and only applies in certain circumstances. For example, we can comply with your request to erase your personal data if we no longer need it for the purpose it was originally collected or processed for. On the other hand, we have the right to keep processing your personal data if we need to comply with a legal obligation which requires processing.
