If your registered country of residence is different from your citizenship, we may require a document that states your current residence.
The following documents are accepted as proof of residence:
a) valid residence permit (both sides if applicable)
or (less than 3 months old)
b) current utility bill (such as gas, electricity, or phone bill) or an invoice for rent
c) current car or home insurance policy
d) document issued by a government department, mortgage statement, or equivalent document
The document must include your full name and current address of residence. Please note that a bank statement does not qualify as a proof of residence document.
