To comply with applicable regulations, we may need to ask you to provide a document that states your current residence in certain cases. This can happen for example when your registered country of residence is different from your citizenship country and our services are not available in the country of your citizenship. From time to time, we may also ask you to confirm your country of residence. In any case, we will get in touch with you via email.
To confirm your address, please upload one of the following documents:
1. Valid residence permit (both sides) issued by your country of residence.
2. Alternatively, and only if you don't have a residence permit, provide one of the following documents issued in the last 3 months, that proves your residence address:
a) current utility bill (such as gas, electricity, or phone bill) or an invoice for rent;
b) current car or home insurance policy;
c) document issued by a government department, mortgage statement, or equivalent document.
The document must include your full name and current address of residence. Please note that a national identity card, passport, or bank statement does not qualify as proof of residence.
Up to 8 files can be uploaded at once. The size of each file can’t exceed 10 MB.
If you reside temporarily in countries where we cannot provide our services, you can contact support to assess your specific situation and receive additional guidance.
