The Entrum Latvia Cashback Campaign allows investors to earn cashback for investments in Real Estate Notes listed in EUR during the campaign period.
Who can participate?
All Mintos investors are eligible to participate from 31 October to 11 November 2025.
To take part, you must enroll in the campaign on the Campaign page.
After enrolling, you will see a confirmation message indicating your successful enrollment.
Important: Even if you participated in the previous Entrum Latvia Cashback Campaign (11 October – 24 October 2025), you must enroll again in this new campaign to be eligible for cashback.
How to earn cashback
Cashback is granted for manual investments in Real Estate Notes in EUR for SIA Entrum Latvia on the Primary Market.
The cashback rate is 1% for investments of 100 EUR or more.
Cumulative investments: The 100 EUR threshold is cumulative. You can make multiple qualifying investments, and their total during the campaign period will count toward the minimum amount required to earn cashback.
Investments not eligible for cashback
Cashback will not be awarded for:
Investments made on the Secondary Market
Investments made through Core Loans or legacy strategies (Conservative, or High-yield)
Investments made before enrolling in the campaign
Investors who have not enrolled in the campaign
Investments in SIA Entrum Latvia No.2 Real Estate Notes
Cashback payment
Cashback will be paid in one installment within 10 working days after the campaign ends, provided all terms and conditions are met.
