The Entrum Latvia Cashback Campaign allows investors to earn cashback for investments in Real Estate Notes listed in EUR from 26 September to 10 October 2025.
Who can participate?
All Mintos investors are eligible to participate in the Campaign during the period from 26 September to 10 October 2025.
To take part, you must enroll in the campaign on the Campaign page.
After enrolling, you will see a confirmation message indicating your successful enrollment.
How to earn cashback?
Cashback is granted for manual investments in Real Estate Notes in EUR for SIA Entrum Latvia on the Primary Market.

The cashback rate is:
1% for investments of 100 EUR or more
You can earn cashback multiple times by making additional qualifying investments during the campaign period.
Investments not eligible for cashback
Cashback will not be awarded for:
Investments made on the Secondary Market
Investments made through Mintos Core Loans or legacy strategies (Diversified, Conservative, or High-yield)
Investments made before enrolling in the campaign
Investors who have not enrolled in the campaign
Investments in SIA Entrum Latvia No.2 Real Estate Notes
Cashback payment
Cashback will be paid in one installment within 10 working days after the campaign ends, provided all terms and conditions are met.
