We exclusively accept international money transfers via the SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) network.
How to deposit
- Direct bank transfer: Available if your bank is located within the SEPA zone (primarily the EEA and Switzerland) and supports Euro transfers.
- Third-party payment services: If your local bank does not support SEPA transfers, you can deposit funds using a registered payment service provider (such as Wise or Revolut).
Important requirement: Unique IBANs only
If you choose to use a third-party service, it is mandatory that the account provide you with a unique, dedicated IBAN in your own name.
- Personalized identification: We must be able to verify that the funds are coming from you.
- No "pooled" accounts: We cannot accept transfers from shared or pooled accounts where multiple users share the same IBAN.
Ensuring you use a personal IBAN allows our system to automatically identify and credit your funds correctly.
Cards: We accept payment cards issued in the following countries: Austria, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
