To add money to your Mintos account, you need to make a bank transfer from your bank account or a third-party payment service to our bank account.
Your funds should arrive in your account within 1-3 business days for SEPA transfers, and 3-5 business days for SWIFT transfers or transfers from outside the EEA. If you're using a third-party payment service such as Wise or Revolut, you may need to provide additional information.
- Click on your account balance in the top right corner.
- Select "Add Money."
- Choose the currency of your deposit from the dropdown menu.
- Use the provided bank details to make the transfer manually.
- Make sure to include your investor ID in the payment details for accurate processing.
- Please note, we do not support deposits via debit/credit card or PayPal at this time.
