Investing with a Core Loans portfolio is subject to an annual portfolio management fee of 0.39%. Please note that the legacy portfolios, such as High Yield and Conservative, are also subject to this fee as of 07.02.2025.
How is the fee calculated?
The 0.39% fee is based on your portfolio’s daily balance and is charged monthly. The balance is assessed at the end of each day, and the fee is calculated accordingly.
Example calculation:
Your portfolio balance for November is €1000 for the entire month, of which €100 is outstanding investments made from 7 October 2024. At the end of the month, the fee is €100 x 0.39% / 365 x 30 = €0.03, for a total of €0.39 per year.
