If your transfer is missing your investor ID, we may be unable to automatically credit your transfer to your Mintos account. Please contact us and provide proof of payment, so that we can add your money to your account.
What information should be included in a proof-of-payment document?
Most banks and third-party services allow you to download a proof-of-payment document, often called a transfer confirmation, from your e-banking app, or they provide it upon request. It should include the following information:
- Sender’s full name
- Sender’s bank account number (preferably IBAN)
- Date of payment
- Amount transferred
- Recipient’s details – bank account number (IBAN) and name, if available
You can submit this document in PDF or as a screenshot in a reply to our email or using our secure online portal available after logging in.
