If you request a withdrawal to a bank account that has been closed or has an invalid IBAN, your bank will reject the transfer and send the funds back to us. As soon as we receive the money, we will credit it back to your Mintos account. If your funds aren’t added back to your Mintos account within 5 business days, please contact us. We’ll be happy to check the status of your return and provide you with proof of payment, so that you can contact your bank.
