If your account is currently unverified or your verification is about to expire, you will see a banner on your Overview page and in your Mintos app prompting you to verify your identity. We will also notify you via email. You can start verification by clicking on Verify your identity. If your account is currently unverified, you will also be redirected to the Verification page if you open the Deposit page.
If you start verification on your computer, the verification software will try to redirect you to your mobile device. If you want to complete verification on your computer, click on Continue with your current device at the bottom of the page.
