If you have received a new identity document (for example, a renewed passport or ID card) before your previous document has expired, you should update your information in your Mintos account.
Even if your current verification is still valid, we recommend submitting your new document to ensure your account information remains accurate and up to date.
In this case, please upload the new document and indicate that it is a new identity document.
After you submit your new document, our team will review it, and you will be asked to complete the identity verification process again using the updated document.
