Eleving Group has issued new bonds and may use the proceeds to repurchase loans that back Notes on Mintos. This kind of early repurchase is common when lending companies refinance.
You have the option to exchange your Notes backed by Eleving Group loans (EUR investments only) for a newly issued Eleving Group bond (ISIN XS3517354141, 9% p.a., maturing 15 October 2032). A limited allocation of up to €3M is available for the exchange. Only your principal is exchanged into the bond. Any accrued interest on your Notes is paid separately to your Mintos account.
Key details
- Move from Notes to direct bond ownership.
- Exchange ratio 1:1: €1 face value of Notes is exchanged for €1 face value of the new bond.
- This is a limited offer. Once the €3M allocation is filled, the exchange option closes. Allocation is first come, first served.
What to keep in mind
- The new bond is a separate instrument with its own terms.
- Exchanging extends your exposure to Eleving Group until 2032, unless the issuer redeems the new bond earlier.
- After the exchange, if you want to exit before maturity, you can sell your investment on the Secondary Market, depending on available demand.
- As with any bond investment, default risk, market risk, and liquidity risk apply.
- You can't choose to exchange only part of your Notes. If you opt in, all your eligible EUR Notes are included in the exchange, up to the remaining allocation.
- If the allocation runs out, only part or none of your Notes may be exchanged.
