Yes. The total allocation is limited to €3M and is distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Your Notes are exchanged up to the remaining allocation at the time your decision is processed. This means:
- If enough allocation is left, all your eligible Notes are exchanged.
- If only part of the allocation is left, only part of your Notes is exchanged, and the rest stay invested as Notes.
- If the allocation is already filled, none of your Notes are exchanged, and they stay invested as Notes.
Notes that aren't exchanged keep their current terms and may be repurchased early by Eleving Group.
