Ongoing vs. Temporary cases
- Ongoing cases involve a longer-lasting underlying issue. Recovery can take longer, but based on past experience, a significant percentage is often recovered.
- Temporary cases involve a payment delay caused by reasons outside the control of the lending company and Mintos. Payment is expected once the underlying issue is resolved.
