Loan availability on Mintos depends on each lending company's current funding needs and the regulatory environment in their market. If you don't see loans from a specific lending company or region, it's usually due to one of the following:
- Low current funding needs. The lending company may not require as much financing at the moment, resulting in fewer loans listed.
- High investor demand. Loans from popular lending companies or regions can be fully funded within seconds of being listed, so availability may be temporary and change quickly.
- Risk management limits. As part of ongoing risk management, Mintos applies internal exposure limits to each lending company. When a limit is reached, new loan listings from that company may be temporarily paused or reduced.
