Once an ETF order has been submitted on Mintos and accepted for execution, it is final and cannot be changed, cancelled, withdrawn, or amended by the investor.
Mintos is not required to provide a right to cancel ETF orders once they have been submitted, regardless of whether the order is pending execution or has already been executed. A possibility to cancel an order would exist only if Mintos expressly indicates such an option for the specific ETF or transaction type.
Where no such express cancellation option is provided, the investor has no right to cancel the ETF order. In rare cases, an order may be cancelled by the system due to technical issues before execution.
