Mintos Finance No. 45 Notes will be cancelled, and IuteCredit Finance S.à r.l. Bonds will be transferred to Mintos investors’ Investment Account. As a result, investors would stop holding Notes and instead hold the exact same exposure of IuteCredit Finance S.à r.l. Bonds (ISIN XS2378483494) directly.
Investors’ credit exposure to IuteCredit Finance S.à r.l. remains exactly the same. The only change is that the intermediary issuer layer (Mintos Finance No.45 Notes) disappears.
Your investment will be repaid according to IuteCredit Finance S.à r.l. Bonds schedule on 06 October 2026 or rolled directly into new bonds, if the Bonds’ Issuer, IuteCredit Finance S.à r.l., would intend to perform such a rollover without any cash changing hands.
