If you do not vote, you are not counted towards the quorum or the voting threshold. However, if the Resolution passes by a majority of votes cast among those who do participate, it will be binding on you in the same way as if you had voted for it. Your proportionate Bond Entitlement will be credited to your Investment Account on the Settlement Date automatically.
