A mistrade happens when a crypto ETP order executes incorrectly due to a technical error. This could include:
Crypto ETP order executing at a significantly wrong price (for example, a Bitcoin ETP was bought at €50, but executed at €500)
System glitch causing the order to go through with incorrect details
Technical issues on the exchange preventing the order from executing as intended
Mistraded transactions typically result from technical problems on the exchange's side, not from mistakes made when placing the order. Whether a transaction is a mistrade or not is decided solely by the relevant execution venue, and if necessary, its supervisory authority. Mintos has no control over these decisions.
