Mintos has implemented conflict of interest management policies in line with applicable regulatory requirements. We identify potential conflicts of interest and manage them through measures such as segregation of duties, independent oversight by risk and compliance functions, and remuneration structures that do not incentivise conflicted behaviour.
Where a conflict cannot be fully mitigated, we clearly disclose it to investors so they can make informed decisions. AS Mintos Marketplace has a direct interest in the success of this fundraising. We have implemented measures to manage this conflict, but it may still influence how the opportunity is presented to the investors.
