If you've received a new identity document, such as a renewed passport or ID card, update it in your Mintos account. Do this even if your current verification is still valid. It keeps your account information accurate and prevents a gap in verification when your old document expires.
How to update your document
- Upload your new document. This can be a renewed passport, ID card, or other valid ID.
- Mark it as a new document, not a resubmission of the old one.
If Mintos prompts you to do this, for example, with a banner on your profile or in the app as your current document nears expiry, follow that link to start the process.
What happens next
Once you upload your new document, Mintos will review it. You'll then be asked to complete identity verification again, following the same steps as your original verification.
