At Mintos, we aim to keep our fees transparent and fair. Below is an overview of the fees that may apply to your investments and transactions on our platform.
Investment and portfolio management fees
- Loan Portfolios (Core Loans and legacy portfolios): 0.39% per year
- Custom Loans portfolio: 0.29% per year (applies from 16.05.2025 onwards)
- Mintos Smart Cash: 0.19% per year
- High-Yield Bonds portfolio: No fees until 31 Dec 2025, then 0.39% per year
- Crypto ETP: 0.49% per transaction, minimum €0.99
These fees are automatically deducted from the portfolio value.
Currency exchange fees
- Currency exchange fees start from 0.50%, depending on the currency pair. The exact fee is displayed before confirming an exchange.
Card deposits, Apple Pay, Google Pay
- We charge a fee for depositing money with a payment card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. It's 2% of the deposited amount.
Secondary Market fee
- A 0.85% fee applies when selling investments on the Secondary Market. There is no fee for buying investments. The fee is calculated based on the final sale price, after any discount or premium has been applied.
Additional registration review
- We charge a one-time, non-refundable fee of €50 for enhanced compliance checks required during registration. The fee covers the registration review process only and does not guarantee account approval.
- This fee applies only to:
- Selected individual accounts with residency or tax residency outside the EU/EEA or Switzerland.
- All company accounts.
Inactivity fee
- €4.90 per month, charged on the 1st day of each month
- Applies if in the past 360 days you’ve made no investments (including manual or automated), sales, deposits, or withdrawals, and your account holds no ETFs, bonds, real estate, Mintos stocks, or funds in Smart Cash
- No minimum balance threshold: the fee applies regardless of the amount of available funds
- Your balance can’t go below zero, even if a fee exceeds your available funds
- Inactivity fees don’t apply to accounts that are locked, under review, or closing
- If you only have funds in recovery, but also hold available cash at the start of the month, the fee still applies

Recovery charges
- If a recovery process incurs costs, these charges will be deducted from the recovered amount. However, they will never exceed the recovered amount.
- We will always inform investors about any applicable recovery charges before withholding them.
