To comply with legal requirements, we can only process withdrawals to a bank account that is in your name. You can register a new bank account for withdrawals by depositing at least €0.01 or 1.00 in another currency from your bank account to your Mintos account. You can add a new bank account by depositing via bank transfer or an easy bank transfer. Deposits via card or Apple Pay/Google Pay will not add a new bank account. We will then register your bank account and add it to the list of accounts available for withdrawals.
Common accounts of third-party payment services such as Revolut or Wise can’t be used to withdraw funds. You need to register a unique IBAN account with the service to be able to withdraw funds to it.
If you want to remove a bank account from the list of available accounts, please contact us. We’ll be happy to remove it for you.
Please note: If your Mintos account is in the process of being closed and remains unverified, you need to contact our Support team to add your bank account details. We will ask you to provide a bank statement showing your IBAN, SWIFT, and the account holder’s full name. Please ensure the bank account holder’s name matches the name on your Mintos account. Adding funds to register a new bank account is not possible in these situations.
