Custom Loans portfolios
You can delete any of your Custom Loans portfolios in the following way:
- Go to the Loans page,
- Click ... (three dots) next to your portfolio
- Select Delete
- Confirm by clicking on Delete
Deleting a portfolio will prevent it from making new investments and remove it from your list of portfolios on the Loans page. Investments made by the portfolio before its deletion will remain in your investment portfolio and get repaid over time until they reach maturity. You can view investments made by your deleted portfolio using the Portfolio filter on the Current investments page. If you want to restore a deleted portfolio, please contact us.
Core Loans portfolio (and legacy portfolios, Conservative and High-Yield)
Core Loans and legacy portfolios cannot be deleted. Once activated, they will remain visible in your portfolio list.
If you no longer wish to use a specific portfolio, you can pause investing at any time:
- Go to the Loans page,
- Select Pause investing
This will stop any new investments while keeping your existing investments unchanged.
