Proof of Residence
Mintos asks me to upload proof of residence. Fair enough and done several times through the uplink page. Uploaded residence card, proof of address/police registration and utility bill.
Nothing processed after quite a while, blocking new investments. Why this backlog? Why no confirmation that documents have been received and under review?
Instead just a blunt message on my dashboard page (web only, not on app) that further investment is not possible. Not a good way to treat bona fide investors. Process improvement needed!
