Raising funding on Mintos with properties that I own.

Hi,

We want to raise funding to launch more property rentals.

Is it possible to propose the income stream of exisitng rental properties in exchange of funding.

The yield is at 12% - 13%. We could repay the 6% proposed on Mintos.

For example:

We invest 200.000eur in property (including renovations and furniture), we will have profits of 24.000eur per year. 

At 6% interest rate we should be able to raise 400.000eur and able to pay back the 24,000eur of interest of 400.000eur.

With 400.000eur we would build two rental properties that would generate 48.000eur per year in profit. 

We would do this once or twice per year.

We continue to manage and fix the properties.

In 5 or 10 years we could take mortgage to buy back the properties.
