Yes. You can place orders at any time through Mintos. When the exchange is closed, you'll see a notification telling you the market is currently closed and when it reopens.
Your order is queued and automatically executed as soon as the exchange opens, so you can set up your investments whenever it suits you. Because the market price can move between the moment you place a queued order and the moment it is executed, the price you receive may differ from the price shown when you placed it.
