What your ballot confirms
Submitting a ballot records your vote and also confirms that you have read the Notice in full and understand that the bonds are a different instrument from the Notes you currently hold.
Please also note that the proposed resolution includes a release: with effect from the settlement date, each Noteholder is treated as releasing the issuer and AS Mintos Marketplace, and their shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents, from all claims arising under or in connection with the Notes. This applies whether or not you voted in favour. If this matters to your decision, consider taking independent advice before you vote.
Conflicts of interest
AS Mintos Marketplace acts as agent of the issuer, not as a representative of Noteholders. Mintos also chairs the meeting and counts the votes, and the issuer is part of the Mintos group. Mintos takes measures to mitigate these conflicts, but investors who consider them material should seek independent advice.
Questions
Questions about the Notice or the voting process can be raised with Mintos Investor Support via the platform. Questions about legal or tax implications should go to your own independent adviser.
