If you do not vote, you are not counted towards the quorum or the voting threshold.
However, if the resolution passes by a majority of the votes actually cast, it binds you in exactly the same way as if you had voted in favour, and for the full amount of your holding. Your bond entitlement will be credited to your Investment Account on the settlement date automatically.
Quorum and threshold
• Quorum at the first meeting: more than 50% of the aggregate principal amount outstanding across all series
• Quorum at a second meeting, if the first is inquorate: more than 30%
• Approval threshold: a simple majority of the votes cast
• Your voting weight equals your principal amount outstanding in EUR as at the date of the Notice
All four agenda items are voted on together, as a single decision.
