Amendments have been made to the airBaltic bond. Key changes:
- the capitalization of interest due on 14 August 2026 and 14 November 2026, meaning that the relevant interest will be added to the principal amount of the bonds rather than paid in cash, subject to the terms of the amended bond documentation;
- a temporary waiver of the minimum liquidity requirement until 14 November 2026;
- the temporary disapplication of certain requirements relating to the Bond Service Reserve Account; and
- amendments to certain notice periods and quorum requirements applicable to future bondholder meetings.
