Invest in selected Entrum Real Estate securities and earn 3% cashback on your eligible investments. The campaign runs from 8 June 2026 to 21 June 2026.
1. How do I participate?
To qualify for the Entrum Cashback Campaign:
- Enroll in the campaign.
- Wait for the confirmation message confirming that your enrollment was successful.
- Make a manual investment of €100 or more in eligible Entrum Real Estate Notes on the Primary Market during the campaign period.
Only investments made after successful enrollment qualify for cashback.
2. Which investments are eligible?
You can receive cashback on manual investments made on the Primary Market in Real Estate securities issued by:
- SIA Entrum Latvia No.2
- SIA Entrum Latvia No.3
- ApS Entrum Denmark
- Entrum Poland sp. z o.o.
3. How much cashback can I receive?
You'll receive 3% cashback on an eligible investment you made.
For example, if you invest:
- €200 in SIA Entrum Latvia No.2
- €500 in Entrum Poland sp. z o.o.
- €300 in ApS Entrum Denmark
Your total eligible investment amount is €1,000, and you'll receive €30 cashback (3% of €1,000).
4. Can I earn cashback on multiple investments?
Yes. There is no limit to the number of eligible investments you can make during the campaign period.
The cashback earned from all your eligible investments will be added together and paid as a single cumulative cashback payment after the campaign ends.
5. Which investments do not qualify?
Cashback is not paid for:
- Investments made on the Secondary Market.
- Investments made before enrolling in the campaign.
- Investments made by investors who have not enrolled in the campaign.
- Investments below €100.
6. When will I receive the cashback?
The total cashback earned during the campaign will be paid in a single payment within 10 working days after the campaign ends, provided all campaign requirements have been met.
The cashback will be credited directly to your Mintos account.
7. Do I need to pay taxes on the cashback?
You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to the cashback received according to your local tax regulations.
