After the offer period closes, all subscriptions are reviewed to determine the final allocation of shares. If the round is oversubscribed, the total offering size may be increased, and some investors may receive fewer shares than they applied for, but never more. In certain cases, subscriptions may be excluded for compliance or regulatory reasons. The final allocation decision rests with the issuer, in accordance with the terms set out in the prospectus.
Allocations will be announced shortly after the offer period closes. The exact timing and process are described in more detail in the prospectus.
