It's the amount you've requested to reserve for the Mintos shares subscription. When you subscribe, we reserve the funds in your Mintos account so they're available when your shares are allocated. Nothing is locked in until the fundraising closes. If you don't receive all the shares you subscribed for, the unallocated amount will be returned to your account.
