When you create your ETF portfolio, we automatically assign a risk level based on your Suitability and Appropriateness assessment. If you prefer, you can select a lower risk level during the portfolio creation process.
After your portfolio is set up, the only way to change the risk level is to close the current portfolio and open a new one. Here's how you can do this:
- If you don't have any ETF investments, you can simply click the "Close" button on the ETF overview page to close your portfolio.
- If you have ETF investments, you’ll need to sell them before closing the portfolio.
- If you have any active ETF orders, wait for them to be completed, then sell your investments.
Once your portfolio is closed, you can create a new one with your preferred risk level.
