You can sell your investment in Real Estate on the Secondary Market.
Steps to sell your investment:

Go to your Real Estate page
Navigate to your Portfolio section and select the Real Estate page, where your investments are listed. -
Select the investment to sell

Click “Sell” next to the specific real-estate note investment you want to list, or
-
Choose “Sell All” to list all investments from that page.

Enter the amount to sell
Specify the amount (nominal value) of the note you want to sell and click the wallet icon (or equivalent) to proceed. -
Set your sale price
Choose the price at which you want to sell:-
At Par: Sell at the investment’s original nominal value.

At a Discount: Set a lower price to attract buyers more quickly.

At a Premium: Set a higher price if there is strong demand for the note.

Confirm Your Listing
Click the “Confirm” button to finalize your listing. -
Note on Fees and Eligibility

A 0.85% fee is applied to every sale on the Secondary Market.

Only investments that meet eligibility criteria (for example: positive yield-to-maturity, not in default, etc.) are eligible for sale.

If the system gives an error when listing multiple investments at once (e.g., “Something went wrong”), try listing them in smaller batches or one by one. If the problem persists, contact our support team.

Once Sold
Once another investor purchases your note, the principal amount (and any applicable accrued interest, if relevant) will be credited to your account.
