    In this introduction post you state that answers from @... on topical questions (35%) was the most important to investors in terms of engagement. The Community has been here for over a month now, but on the majority of the posts by investor there is no interaction what so ever from Mintos it self. The only topics that you do seem to be slightly more active on; are the topics concerning recovery (reputation) problems. How does Mintos Marketing rates its own contribution to the community so far? To me it seems a bit like creating a garden without wanting to water it.

    Hi Denis, sorry for the long reply time - this post didn't appear to us until a fellow investor shared a screenshot of it and we found it being displayed in backlog and moved it back here now. We are looking into it with Zendesk why it was not visible to us to reply. We can't say we agree that questions related to recoveries are the only ones that are being answered - there are multiple other topics questions that we follow and share answers to with investors. Please let us know if there is something in particular that you maybe you have asked and maybe still are awaiting our reply - we will make sure we sort it out as soon as possible.
