Automated strategies - select 0% loan exposure

Instead of giving the brackets 0-20%, actually give the option to only select notes that have no late claims.

Right now this is not possible and is a blatant oversight (that was of course available for strategies on claims)

  Thank you for your suggestion. We will also consider an additional CAS filter "not late claims".
