NO communication and NO support here
I have my acocunt (ID 2345759) blocked for almost 2 weeks now, It started with asking me to verify again - I dont know why as my ID was not even near exp. date. Still I did it again on 12.06. and since than I recieved only one message about that I have to send you bank account detaills to verify where I got my funds. and again ... no response from team, no callback, live chat is suspended, and I can neither invest nor withdraw my money in 2 weeks. What was stated here few times - investing is all about trust, and for 2 weeks i'm feeling like a freud here. I am VERY disapointed about communication here!
