tiny UX improvement: "available" tooltip clickbox is too big

Hi,

a very tiny UX improvement but its quite annoying so i thought i will make a post. 

The clickbox triggering a tooltip describing available amount is quite big.. it covers half of the invest box on loan page. Often i accidentally hover mouse over it and due to the size of the tooltip i cant click invest button. its super tiny thing but also a good candidate for an improvement. 

the tooltip im talking about is this:
"This is the available amount in the Primary Market. To see the available amount in the Secondary Market, please select the "Investment Breakdown" tab."
